Stephen, Niko and Emily were all wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable in all the aspects of the campers and purchasing procedure. We purchased a fifth wheel from Cliff Jones RV and our experience was great! This is our third camper and came in knowing the exact model we wanted. Henry and Niko helped us though the whole buying process. We ran into some hiccups with our trade in, but we were able to make it work. They are not pushy and the whole staff is friendly and helpful. We live an hour away and Niko would send updates through text which was nice. We even got to bring our dogs along. I would recommend Cliff jones RV to anyone looking for an RV! Good people!

Low price and product we were looking for!

Purchased RV here. Picked up today. Stephen our sales guy was awesome and very accommodating worked well with us through the whole process. Niko, the finance manager made the paperwork a breeze. And Tom did a thorough walkthrough upon delivery. Great job to all. Would definitely recommend them to others when buying an RV.

Niko really went above and beyond from the start. On a Saturday night I stayed up late researching RVs which Ive been considering getting for over a year but had never contacted a dealer. I decided to that night. Sunday morning I got a text from Niko. Explaining that they were closed but hed love to answer any questions(on his day off). He gave me a price and details on the trailer I was interested in. Soon after that he sent me a personalized video giving me a tour of the RV I was interested in. I was really impressed! Not only did Cliff Jones have the cheapest price by 4k without me having to even negotiate priceing; the customer service was really way above expectations. Niko let me know about the extended warranty coverage but didnt push me about it when I declined. Even once all paperwork was complete and the RV was parked in my driveway...I got anther 15 minute video from Niko going through all the operations of my new RV! He truly made this experience and dream come true for me so very pleasant and joyful and I would recommend Niko to anyone interested in an RV (or tractor) Also my RP-202 is amazing and I teared up walking around in it at my house. Its beautiful!
